Phenotype Analysis
Experimental mice(B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) )were obtained by crossing B-Pdx-iCre mice with B-CAG-LSL-tdTomato mice.

Pancreas and Small intestine were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry. TdTomato was only detectable in the B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice, and was not detectable in wild-type mice.WhileTdTomato was not detectable in kidney, lung and thymus,either wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) or B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice.
